Does anyone know what the name of this movie is?

All I remember was that this movie was about some guys trying to get
out of finals, or some big test at school because the didnt study so
they planned to be friends with someone that might commit suicide so
that they will be excused from the test, at least long enough for them
to study, so at the end on of the two guys pretends to be suicidal so
that they get excused from the test.
