All I remember was that this movie was about some guys trying to get
out of finals, or some big test at school because the didnt study so
they planned to be friends with someone that might commit suicide so
that they will be excused from the test, at least long enough for them

I was trying to think of this old Disney movie. It was 2d and it had
this bat as a main character and he wore a top hat and was a magician
I think. I thought it was ferngully, but its not. What could it be?
